Our Wellbeing at Home team, headed up by our Manager Lisa is registered and regulated by the Care Quality Commission
Together with the Directors the Team has many years experience in delivering a different model of care from the other providers both in the UK and abroad
Our support staff are all recruited for their emotional intelligence, their passion for the role, the desire never to stop learning and their experiences in life that will enable them to deliver person centred care
Our Team are dedicated about the support we provide to our guests and are committed to going the extra mile to ensure your loved ones have a well-planned, personalised and stimulating care when they join us at Moments
Our staff team also undertake training in the following areas First aid, Health and safety, Manual handling, Feelings awareness, Food hygiene, Infection control, Deprivation of liberty, Safeguarding, Medication and Dementia under the Butterfly Model, pioneered by Dr David Sheard.
We also provide additional training to staff who are working with guests with additional needs as required.
All staff members hold have all the appropriate checks and competencies assessed prior to starting their role
