The role would suit an individual who is an experienced care worker wishing to progress their career however not essential as training can be provided

You will be responsible for providing a high standard of care to our clients which includes vulnerable adults

You must  be happy to do the following which will enrich someones day
To provide personal care and social support
To ensure that your clients and team have everything in place i.e. medication, shopping, appointments, for Safe and effective care delivery.
To assist with maintenance of records, in written or computerised format 
To be able to work a variety of shifts including weekends, Mornings, afternoons, evenings, and Bank holidays.

As part of the team you need to have excellent communication including verbal, written and IT skills and be organised, and plan your time effectively.

You will be willing to learn and try new things, through training and teamwork.

The ideal candidate will have: -

Relevant experience of working with adults  but not essential for the right candidate

Knowledge and skills in support planning 
Experience of working towards achieving outcomes for people
Be outgoing and able to motivate, delegate effectively and prioritise
Experience of problem solving
A full driving licence and use of a car for work

     A kind heart and a can do attitude
