At Moments Home Care, we provide heart-led support that helps people remain safely and comfortably at home, surrounded by the things, people and routines that matter most to them.
Our values guide everything we do:
TLC
**Truth**
We believe in being honest, open and emotionally aware. Emotional intelligence is at the heart of how we recruit our team and how we support the people in our care.
Linking life stories**
Every person has a unique story. We take the time to understand the lives, experiences and interests of the people we support, while also recognising the shared experiences that connect our staff and service users.
Consideration for vulnerability**
We treat everyone with kindness, dignity and understanding. Vulnerability can affect any of us, and we believe compassionate support should always be at the centre of care.
Community
We are proud to support the communities we serve. Alongside providing care and daytime support, we create local employment opportunities and work with compassionate people who understand the importance of inclusion.
We encourage the people we support to take part in local activities, build connections and enjoy a sense of belonging within their community.
Trust
Trust is central to every relationship we build—with the people we support, their families, our staff, commissioners, and health and social care professionals.
We are honest, open and transparent in everything we do, helping us to build strong, lasting relationships that benefit everyone.
Integrity
We are guided by strong moral principles and a genuine belief in the work we do. Our team shares our commitment to acting with honesty, respect and integrity at every level of the organisation.
Stability
We provide stability for our staff, the people we support and the way we operate. Our commitment to those in our care and to our team remains constant.
Through effective communication, thoughtful working practices and a collaborative approach, we work together as one to provide consistent, reliable support.

Founder of Senior Moments
As a registered general nurse, I have gained many years’ experience with Dementia Care working in care homes, hospitals, and community settings both in the UK and abroad.
In 2018, after learning of the need for a dedicated dementia centre in Lytham St Annes, I founded Senior Moments Care. My aim is to provide compassionate, personalised support, promoting dignity, wellbeing, and reassurance for people living with dementia and their families and wider community.
I am also the founder of Moments Travels and adventures which aims to continue to make precious memories for families

I spent much of my working life caring for animals before moving into care in February 2025. I had known Sally for a few years and decided to join her team as a Care Worker, before progressing quickly to Home Care Manager. I love helping people, making them smile and seeing their faces light up when I visit. Knowing I make a genuine difference to their lives is what I enjoy most about my role.

Having gained a degree in Maths, I took an unexpected path into the care sector during the COVID-19 pandemic. I quickly developed a passion for supporting people and making a positive difference in their everyday lives.
In my new role as Hub Manager, I particularly enjoy building relationships with our clients and their families, creating a welcoming environment and seeing the difference our team makes. I’m proud to lead a caring team dedicated to providing meaningful support and enjoyable days.

I worked from the age of 19 to 49 in the bookmakers industry I love to work with the public due to the current circumstances the shops started to close slowly so I decided I needed a career change and because I loved working with the public I decided I wanted to go into the caring industry after looking after my partner that was very poorly for almost 15 years.
I gained a lot of experience in looking after him and my niece worked for senior moments and said how much she enjoyed it so I contacted Sally whi gave me the opportunity to work for her.
I have worked for Sally since February 2026 and I absolutely love the job going to our family members homes looking after them from making there tea to personal care or just company for some I love to know that we are making a difference the their every day lives seeing them smile knowing we have their best interest and providing the best care we can for them after being there for just 4 months I was promoted to deputy manager for the home care working alongside Fiona I really enjoy the job and find comfort knowing the care we give
A few of the wonderful reviews we have received and more can be found on homecare.co.uk
I am delighted with the 1st class care we get from Senior Moments staff. My husband, who has several problems had a bad fall & was in hospital for 2 weeks. Unfortunately the hospital were unable to do any more for him so suggested palliative care at home. My husband has been attending Senior Moments day care for over a year, where he was very well looked after, stimulated & had a good meal along wtih the bonus of him being collected & returned home. Our first thoughts were obviously to have Senior Moments care for him at home, as staff know each other. There was a problem with finance but fought, and eventually was granted the contract. I am so pleased about that. I have no hesitation in saying I strongly recommend Senior Moments as 1st class care givers. The staff are very caring AJ is their 1st priority, treating him professionally with care & dignity; their empathy & reassurance makes managing a highly stressful situation much easier. I am so grateful & thank them all from the bottom of my heart.
Senior Moments to the rescue. I had what should have been a 1-2 hour appointment at the hospital so put my husband in day care. Unfortunately my appointment turned into a marathon which lasted 11 hours. When I realised I wouldn't be back in time for him to be dropped off a quick call to the hub put a plan in action. He was looked after completely by 2 lovely caring ladies. He was changed, given his tea, changed for night time and put safely to bed. They even put a washing load on which I hadn't told them about. They really are a fantastic team. They are my guardian angels in disguise. I would recommend them to anyone 100%. To arrange all that at only half an hour's notice is a credit to them as a team.
