Our award-winning Hub, recognized for excellence by Meaningful Care Matters and praised for its forward-thinking approach by Professor David Sheard, is open daily for activities and fun. We support individuals living with dementia and other conditions, as well as those at risk of social isolation.
We provide transportation and serve a delicious home-cooked two-course lunch. Our emphasis on music and interaction sets us apart, and we have a variety of tools available to enhance this experience. Our therapy dog, Buddy, is frequently on hand for a comforting cuddle.

Here is a guideline for our activities in April. We aim to seize opportunities as they arise, many of which are weather-dependent.
Wednesdays are our music days with Debbie, our therapist from Nordoff Robbins, who provides both group and one-on-one sessions. The day concludes with our very own dementia choir practice as they rehearse for upcoming summer events.
On lovely days, we take advantage of the weather by spending time at the allotment or on the beach, or simply enjoying an ice cream from the visiting ice cream van.
